There are alternative shipping services available upon request such as FedEx for express delivery. ( FED EX DELIVERY TIME 4-8 Business Days ) Please upgrade for Express Shipping if you like to have your items delivered quickly.All items will be shipping from one of the workshops in Sri Lanka or Australia. All our parcels will come with tracking no. Our services are very reliable and all the parcels are insured in rare cases of loss or damage.
All gemstones are in stock and ready for immediate shipping. Bespoke Jewellery require 1-2 weeks to complete the order shipments. Orders are processed within 2-3 working day, Monday through Friday, . Customs Duty and Import Tax
In many countries (not USA) properly declared shipments may be subject to customs charges and tax. Standard mail takes longer, but typically avoids additional fees. We are happy to ship via express mail, but please note that we have no control over import taxes that may occur in your country. Import tax, customs fees and/or duty is the buyer's responsibility.
Some countries, such as Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Turkey, Greece and Russia require an import licence ID or a formal VAT business registration number for customs clearance.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the event a parcel is received with damaged packaging, do not accept the package! Refuse delivery, make a report with the courier, and contact us
If you have already signed for or received the package, please do not open the package. Take several photos of the exterior of the parcel and then send them to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. This will allow us to assist you with either returning the items for exchange or refund, or we can help decide whether to open the parcel while providing evidence of the condition of the product/s. In most cases, the items are very well-packed and remain undamaged.
If you do not receive your standard economy order within 30 working days, please contact us,
so that we can open a claim with the post office. Should the claim result in confirmation of loss, we are more than happy to offer full refunds or replacement items if available. Claims take 7-14 days to process through local post offices as our post office must communicate with your post office.
